How to use a pregnancy pillow

Use the pillow to support your head and neck, with the two long sides running down either side of your body. Hug it close as you sleep, with one side supporting your bump while the other rests along your back.

You can also flip the pillow and place it next to you, positioning one leg underneath and the other on top for extra hip and leg support.
